Where is my data stored?▾
All your data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. Your tasks, events, notes, and settings remain entirely private.
Do I need an internet connection?▾
No. FlowFocus works completely offline. An internet connection is only needed for the initial download from the App Store.
How do I back up my data?▾
You can export your data from the Settings page. We recommend backing up regularly, as data stored locally cannot be recovered if you uninstall the app.
Is there a subscription?▾
No. FlowFocus is a one-time purchase. All features are included, and all future updates are free. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no hidden costs.
Can I use FlowFocus on multiple devices?▾
Yes, you can install FlowFocus on any device linked to your Apple ID or Google account. However, since data is stored locally, your data won't sync between devices.
How does the Pomodoro timer work?▾
The Focus Timer uses the Pomodoro technique: 25 minutes of focused work, followed by a 5-minute short break. After 4 focus sessions, take a 15-minute long break. You can start the timer from the Dashboard.
