Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FlowFocus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
License
FlowFocus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control. This licence does not allow you to:
- ✕Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
- ✕Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- ✕Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- ✕Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Purchase & Payment
FlowFocus is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payments are processed by Apple or Google, respectively, and are subject to their terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly or have access to your payment information.
Your purchase includes all current features and future updates at no additional cost. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees.
Your Content
All content you create within FlowFocus (tasks, events, notes, and settings) remains entirely yours. This content is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FlowFocus or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
